Confirming I saw the Queen as noted at (810, -1700, 0) - this is the SE corner of the room which is directly south of the location that is on Brewalls/Goods map. Not sure if Brewalls/Goods maps are wrong or if the Queen can spawn in any of three corners in the room. Note I never killed any PH nor the clockwork spider but just wandered by randomly checking the area if this named spider was up or not while I was working on other Hunter achievement named.
As a previous post noted, I think one of the phase spiders in the room (at least the one in SE corner) just turns into the named -- and then turns back to a phase spider after some time. I witnessed the same thing with Pierre while trying to get Slani. There was some common rat mob at Pierre's location which just turned into Pierre. Pierre stayed there for a few hours and then turned back into a common rat mob. This zone seems to have unique way spawning named that is not the same as the other zones ... traditional camping does not work for some of these named....

Popped in NE corner of the room for me. I just stood around for about 3 hours and let the phase spiders despawn and respawn themselves.

I have been here for 4 days and still no Queen ...
There's a bit of confusion around this mob.
From what I've read the PH needs to be kept up so it can spawn / despawn itself. That bit I understand.
The bit that is confusing is whether
(1) the spider in the corner behind the Odd Looking Spider is the PH or
(2) if the Odd Looking Spider is the mob not to be killed.
If it's (1), then i'm sure I've seen that PH spawn behind the Odd Looking Spider and attack me twice in the past hour so am not sure where the 36hr respawn bit comes in.

make sure not to kill this mob keep him up. Invis and the corner spiders with despawn and respawn and eventually queen will pop. She is huge and agro's easy kill just can be long wait better than vaniki at least.
To strongly reiterate what some posts allude to, do NOT kill the PH for this mob. It will go against every instinct you have, but leave it alive.

I sat myself in the room with the odd-looking spider. I stayed visible. killed every spider that spawned in the room and any mob that walked by. total spiders killed : 676. number of phase spider carapaces looted: 7. total time spent: 45 hours. number of times I killed Zlandicar: 12. number of queens seen: 0 ( zero).
/sigh. running a friend through attuning tasks in shards landing. get to DN and queen is up. 2 carapaces... but its the idea of how much time I spent there
so. I found myself with an itch to figure this out. I killed the spider in Queens spot on 2/2 at 5:54 am. came back many times to check and found the spider repop on 2/3 12:35 and killed it. every time I checked on 2/4 it was not up but on 2/5 I found it at 5:00. Thinking it could be a 24 - 36 hour spawn, I sat in DN today ( 2/6) and Queen popped at 12:28. got 1 carapace and 1 blood.
In essence there is 1 ph and its a long spawn timer. Good luck to anyone else, its just something you have to work on over time.

2 more weeks of killing ph and no queen. I stopped killing ph and just sat there instead. Watching. I would have the ph targeted and on ext target window. It was not going invis ( try it on a rogue someday). When it despawned and respawned I would have to retarget and put it back on ext target window. Over the past 3 days it has despawned and respawned 7 times that I saw. If I kill the ph, I would have only gotten 2 chances (spawn timer is a pretty consistant 33 - 37 hours from what I have seen). So it seems it is better to not kill the ph. Though I do not know if queen can only spawn from a 'fresh' kill or the despawn / respawn cycle would only repop what it began with. If queen was up, would it depsawn and respawn as a queen or maybe a regular spider? If I ever see Queen up again I will not be watching for that one.
Edit: so some funny stuff after I posted previously. There was a patch the day before, and I was expecting the ph to pop today around the 33- 38 hour mark since servers came up. I was surprised twice. Queen popped and it was only 30 hours 20 minutes. Regardless, I happily went away with 1 Queens Carapace. 36 hours later I see ph up and I plan on revisiting without killing every so often to check on things. several hours later I return to find the ph gone. I wait around to see if maybe it was in a down cycle, but after 15 minutes - no show. I wonder if queen popped and a passer-by got it. I am disappointed to not know. No info from guild or general chat is forthcoming. I leave none the wiser. Come back today thinking it should spawn relatively soon and since its a Monday I can afk while I go out and do things. Fortunately, I seemed to have lucked out on the timing because within 5 minutes queen popped. and I was able to loot 1 carapace, gate, run back and get then 2nd. Keep trying folks, eventually even EQ randomness falls right.

Soloed him with ease even had 6 phase spiders on me once he started to run I HTed him and finshed up the rest of spiders, he does spawn 2 mini spiders after he dies. Droped 2 Queen's Carapace for me had to get guilde to run there and loot 2nd one.

Soloed her with a 65 shaman, 105 aa's didnt drop below 70 mana. Easiest way for a shaman to do this is by pulling the minor spiders out, killin them, when u get to queen just pet pull if u got disc, if not pull with malo/malos. Then slow asap, and let pet tank it. When ur pet drops to 80% Quiesence it and step in till its at 90%. Then you need to try and stick the long dots on it first, pox of bert and breath of ultor. THen just use ur heal spells, try and use HoT spells for as long as possible and use kraggs when needed, probally at around 60%. If you have over 6k hp you will have no problem.

Solo with 65 necro pet....used WTD corpse of one of the 3 sentries I killed previously in order to isolate her. Was just lucky she was up, was there to turn in Sontalak's Talisman for my ST key.
All necro spells I cast landed. Dots Embracing Darkness, Horror and Saryrns Kiss, and DD touch of Mujaki (magic), Night Fire and Pyrocuror all hit. Used Nightstalker (magic) grp heal to heal my pet (pet affinity) and one pet LoH AA. She did summon once, and I resisted something, which I think was a poison spell.
She dropped Death Peace. Thx for the irony Sony :Þ

She spawns in the room with the odd looking spider. Tried 2 boxing with 65 cleric and 65 ranger, got an add and wiped. Came back with 65 cleric/warrior and 2 boxed it no problem. just make sure to pacify the spiders in the room hiding around the corners and pull the queen out to the zone wall, left of the room (when facing the room entrance.)
max hit was 377.

Used tash stick and had no problems landing slow with Trudgeon of Doom.
warrior had under 7500 HPs. virtue faded during the fight and cleric still ended up with 60% mana.

She is not level 63 as it states. She was yellow to my 65 rogue guildie. She is also a breeze when slowed. Dropped her with 7 people, probably could have done it with 6 maybe even 5. On her death she spawns about 10-15 little spiders. She dropped the Queen's Carapace and phase spider blood.

Was off looking for somethin other then phase spiders and constructs, went a ways in and found her just down the hall from the 2 huge doors as described. Well no phase spiders near by except the two I ditched off by the rats I went to pull her to the zone in where my group was. Running past Jaladar was a bad idea with agro, ran past goin there no problem on the way back with agro tho got DT'd for 20,000 DMG (Not jokeing got a nice SS of it) all I saw was Jaladar's Shade shout my name and 20000 pts dmg LOADING.

She despawns fast. Had a tracker in the rat hall in DN who saw her up, no one else was there to kill her. Half an hour later when we got there to take her down, she was gone.

Killed her today. Spawned in a building with 3 other static spider spawns. They were easily single pullable back to where we were camped. 16 people total, we were on our way to look for Vaniki (must...get... willsappers!) but saw her and decided to kill her. Wasn't very tough, probably had around 60k HP.
The building is whitish with rust as pictured above, on the way to the chetari area entrance with the beetle trap, and past the door to Jaled's tomb room... or at least that's what I'd assume it is, the locked door there.
Hit for maybe 300 max, triple, but flurried every now and then. The most annoying part about fighting her for me (as a warrior) is that she procced the shadowstep thing much more often than regular phase spiders. Especially before she got slowed, and yes, she was pretty easily slowable after Malo and Tash. The shadowstep proc on these her and the phase spiders often leads to adds and sometimes ports you onto a trap, which can suck. She summons, and when she died quite a few little spiders popped from her.
Can't comment on her "poison" as I wasn't hit by it, and I was tanking her. My pr was a whole of maybe 30. Don't think she has any kind of poison.
