No worries Master mrjeer .... not a faction hit at all
No faction work is needed to talk to this fellow as an Iksar.

Getting to Dahl as a level 54 monk was super easy..... Sneak past the guards in Toxx (or just run and zone).....
Hope the port crystal up and enter the courtyard. The library is the first building you see.. big sign on it...
Run around to the right, and theres' a door, enter it, follow around to the right and when the hall opens up to a small central alcove there's a staircase leading up on the right.
If you stop at this alcove before hitting the stairs, and look up across it, you'll see Tomekeeper Dahl above you.
I didn't even have to FD as the guards all con green at 54. I FD'd them off in front of Dahl, and did the turn in.

This level has to be wrong....
I am a 42 shadowknight and he cons dark blue to me....He is in the library, and I kill him for decent Exp. He drops no coin...no items...and best of all no faction.

What do iksars have to do to talk to Danl? Do we need any faction work?
