Roogy Shellcracker says, 'Hello, strange one. I am Roogy Shellcracker, my brother here is the preparer of meals for our peaople. Bloogy does all the cooking but I dabble from time to time. If you can bring me the right ingredients, I will be able to create for you a dish that not even Bloogy can recreate!'

Roogy Shellcracker says, 'I have a secret recipe that is better than Bloogy's, a saucy salted sea dragon steak. I wish to barter for some sea dragon meat, saltwater seaweed, and fish eggs. The rest of the ingredients are collected locally by our collectors.'
