Had one of these drop a giant warrior helm for me today on Ragefire
Drops off of these Frost Giant Savages in East Wasteland. Got three heads in a row today.

Easy as cake to solo as a 42 chanter - charm Manti, alacrity, sic em! Root and slow FG Savage, 2 min later dead FG. Even easier with my 32 druid friend with snare, we fear kite em with manti's almost non stop

These are Soloable to a LVL 43 wiz all though i would wait to 44 as it will be more mana efficent. at 43 it took a Full bar of Mana to Down one, Had to Cast Bonds of Force on it Twice :) and the Loot is not all that great. Xp at 43 was allmost 1/2 of a Blue Bubble.
Solo one in EW uses almost all my mana at 40 with 162 wisdom and got 10g 5s 2c. Hardley seems woth the mana

Soloed three of these last night on Povar.
These are very tough, loot sucks (unless you are going for prayer shall quest) and take way to much mana for the xp. I'm a 41st level Druid (and, no not twinked -- 145 wisdom).
