Don't hit her with weapons, except tank of course, because you will get Shandral's Necrotic Stain. Use caster pets not melee. Don't stand next to each other because the stain will spread from tank.
We fought her in a room that we cleared. Easy kill but we kept losing our Mage and Enchanter pets until we figured out the Necrotic Stain effects.

The red dot marked in the current image is accurate. She has two other PHs in the hallways preceding that room (if entering the east wing). All three PHs are always the undead blue-robed things ("a spectre of the Arisen" which are PHs for many nameds throughout the zone).
She casts "Fink's Diseased Touch" on aggro (a DOT + snare, puller be ready) and then about every 25 seconds after. Also casts "Shandral's Necrotic Stain" soon after aggro, which is a viral reverse damage shield. This is cast every 40 seconds (seems random target). She's an enchanter and tries to mez people as well.

Anyone seen her on live? cleared all 3 PH 10 times with no luck tonight.
She was up tonight March 2, 2018. Wiped us. Was in a different spot than on map; on south wall of the corner where the carpet pit is on east wing.
