1st Attempt 114 Warrior getting hit 12k to 50k = WIPE. 2nd attempt Tank Merc of the 114 Warrior held up just fine with some spam healing from ranger as needed.
He spawns in different locations depending on the tasks you get for the instance. I had to run the instance 8 times to get him to spawn and when I killed mobs in the basement, he/his PH spawned in the basement. I only had one spawn up in the intestine tunnels on the main floor. The 2 basement locations were in the southern half of the zone, one in the SW quadrant and one in the SE quadrant.

he uses Grublus' Groan which the mana drain at level 108 is ridiculously high me and merc were down to 40% mana and he was only down to 80% i fought him for about 1 minute or less before i evaced so be wary of that

In the HA [Lxavnom Labors]
It was the PH [a grumling] spawned after 2 steps completed
However, the namer [Grublus] pop after killed the PH.

I was in there with my bot crew (no mercs)
Chanter, Cleric, Druid, Shaman, Mage, Paladin
I put everyone with their back in the corner. Pulled him. I did use the chanters group rune and magic reduction rune, but didn't matter he was super cake. yes he mana drained us but no one got below 70% and no one came closer to dieing and being tossed in the air... no issue, and did NOT have levi on (hate it) lol...

has a push back and seems to have a mana drain. Pull where the heal team is not seen still get the push but no mana drain, and if back against the wall in a cubby hole no real problem.

Got any logs of the <spells> it casts? Take a screenshot of Grubuls too and upload.
Also what level is this guy?
