Spine Eater spawns right as you get the update entering the room of Bokon Korneda (3rd and final named bokon). He spawns in the room just south of Bokon Korneda where Grinder/Bokon Revel the Reborn spawn.
he cast bone breaker on me and made me seriously drunk, the whole wobble and tunnel effect, and my AT is at 575 maxed for lvl 110. atleast i think it was that, I will go back in to fight him just to make sure.
Yep the only thing he cast was <Bone Breaker>, dropped the Raw Crypt-Hunter's Boots, Glowing Essence of Life, and the Spinal Extractor.
