Dropped the Silver etched warhammer both times for me.
No negative Iksar faction hits if you were worried about that (is mentioned at the top anyways).

Just killed this guy (and his 2 frog buddies) w/ my necro. Just bum rushed the room and life tapped the crap outta him and his toons. He didn't drop anything, not even money... what a waste.

These guys can be total bastards if you dont know how to handle them. i went to Seb, with a Guildie (half the guild was there for a Traknon raid) well me and this guildie just go exploreing we are a 54 and 55 Druids at the time, we get to the Jails and desiced to start clearing the area he Signle pulls 1 of these guys , and we get a Pox scareb add, we kill the ikky didnt get chance to loot before the scared drys our mana and the other ikky comes out. we succored before either of us thought about looting and when we get back Wallah! they both come out and we get to succor again! Arhg all i can tel yeh.

In all the times I have fought these necros (hundreds) many hours of Cages hunts in OS. I have rarely seen them drop spells, as mentioned many bobs drop spells in OS, but do not expect to see them drop spells as I feel they are a rare drop for them. Common drops are gems and jewelry, mainly fire opals, uncommon silver etched warhammer (you will see it in its hand) and rare drop is Jaundice Bone Helm, but not so rare. I hope this helps.

hehehe...the wing is for spell research, mage i think. It drops off many many kinds of mobs =P
