Katelyn Grubson (click for map image) spawns in each of the caverns off the deepest part of the underwater area in the eastern part of the zone (PH "a singing banshee").

I'm going back and completing older content on some of my Lvl 125 toons and I camped her in the Northern room. Even after a server reset from the monthly update, took 12 placeholders before she finally popped. :-(

as a 105 necro without TBM or EoK was able to camp her in the northern room she can spawn in and get my earing and the add to her left in that room seems to always spawn as a banshee mob which are always immune to snare but was able to split them due to the way the named and or its place holder paths back to its spawn point after FD pulling the banshee add will basicly go back to its spawn point without issue when the named will path to the shore then walk back to its spawn i was pulling her from the left side of the shore if your facing her hope what i found helps someone in the same situation

She also spawns in the room just North of the location already posted. The secondary spawnpoint is (same PH name too):
