Serpentil (click for map image) spawns among the serpents in the western part of the zone (PH "a coral serpent").
Map points for "tempesttemple.txt" map files (for all Tempest Temple named map points, see this quest entry):

- P -716.7343, -195.5116, -0.4308, 127, 0, 0, 1, Serpentil_(roam)
It casts "Serpent's Grasp" every 35 seconds (single-target nuke for 92,000 dmg).

Not sure where to camp this mob - tried in water and the mobs all run away inf collect 20 adds before they come for you hate fighting in water cannot target the mobs
Best I have found is there is a tiny island piece of land at pos230 pos688. One of the corals spawns right next to it. The other spawns just through the passageway between the two islands to the southeast. Problem you were having is (I'm assuming) you were pulling them farther to the west, which is deeper water. Once they go off the shallow end into the deeper water, the Z axis comes into play, causing pathing issues. You can camp both PHs by just killing the 1st, then killing 2 goblins on the island by themselves then pulling the other PH through to you, as well as one ocean serpent that roams along with it.
