This spawn rate is complete BS!!. I spent about 12 hours here over the double xp weekend farming all the named for spells and gear for lower level toons. Every other named spawned nearly every time. This ****** didn't spawn at all. I cleared all the named phs at least 30 times. I cleared this one more often because I read it was rare.

This mob never seems to pop ><
Spent 6 hours last night, 4 hours so far tonight, no sign of it. Killing the PH and other mobs nearby. No other named has given me this much trouble in TT except the one in the HA but I haven't tried for that one but three times so far. Camped named gobby at the same time last night and got him about 6 times, not sure what's up with this one but he appears to be broken, I'll update if I ever see it spawn.
EDIT: spawned after 6 hours of camping tonight, almost gave up. Then he popped 2x back to back afterwards. This named is strange. I guess my advice is to keep at it and it'll eventually spawn like gangbusters.

Easy camp. Just really need to kill maybe 6 mobs.
13 minute 20 seconds to respawn.
I had the named spawn numerous times, never with the AC clicky conch. I spent many hours here. No wonder why castaway leggings are low price on my server as she dropped the legs almost everytime for me. I have 13 castaway leggings.
I finally gave up here and went to a different named to camp. Strangacul. Cleared that camp 3 times, saw the named twice. Second time, he had the AC clicky.
