keepers are in the necro guild now
He is located in a cave like are with other keepers just kiddy corner from the Gauntlet PvP area, you should see them all standing around in there. Its a pain to not fall in the water walking around, but it is possible. If too hard, have some one Levitate or DMF you to get in there.

No keepers are in the area next to the arena..searched 2 hours..all west cabilis--no keepers? Anyone knows where they might be? I want to get all necro spells and this keeper is the only one not KOS to an iksar merchant selling them! Quess i have to work hard to get neriak faction up and buy my spells there
