Hardest part of low manning is the pull. He socials 2-3 other mobs. You want to fight in the NW corner of his room, you will not aggro anything from there. Pretty straight forward Tank & Spank. He has a soft enrage at 10ish minutes where he was started to deal a lot more damage.
The auras he spawns in the room cast Barbed Volley if you are inside them, mostly ignored.

Uses Arrow to the Knee and Archer's Draw. He also spawned a bunch of aura's at 40% but I was unsure what effect they had.
He admittedly doesn't hit very hard either. I was using my 2hand weapon from 40% onward, and with Pain Doesn't Hurt, I took more damage from his special abilities than from him. Do NOT use a pet to tank, as that makes him very, very angry!
