the lumpy's also drop skulls, ie. elf skull, halfling skull, goblin skull. what are these skulls for?

Has anyone tried identifying them? Curious since I have found a halfling, dwarf, iksar, and human skull myself. Not sure but think I found all of them on the baton lumpy which also carries one of journal entries scattered around the dungeon. Have only ever found a bone chip and a practice sword/FS weapon on sword lumpy.

The drops are as follows:
There are two lumpy Goos, fairly close to each other, both spawn right outside the pool room (where you drop down to lvl 2). One is by some rugs and a fire, and it drops the Fighting Baton as its rare, the other is in the room south of that by a hole in the wall that leads deeper in the dungeon, and it has the 2h Practice Sword as its rare.
Common Placeholders are Gyrating Goos, and Smoldering Goos.

Can 2 lumpy goo's be up at the same time?
Yes but he is wrong the rare drops are worm eaten gloves and grave sandals, the uncommon is the sword and only slightly rarer is the baton.

Does this one also have the menacing poision spell... and if it does, then it sucks too

the 2 handed practice sword os common and the lumpy also drops a tower's guard blade, the rare is fighting batons.

Tower's Guard blade is a drop off one of the coerced. Sword and Baton are rare drops on two different Lumpy Goos
