After reading some posts here and going after her for 3 game days, I have pulled this spawn information from Jairnel Marfury:
She only spawns at night (6 PM - 6 AM).
Her placeholder spawn in the daytime is a scaled wolf pup, roaming the same path she does.
She is a Paladin who uses Courage, Gather Shadows (invisibility), Healing (which heals about 4-5% of her HP), and Laying of Hands.
She can duo-attack for roughly 70 damage max and is a bit slower than the average mob.
She drops random amounts of cash (anywhere from 2 gold to 4 platinum) and can sometimes drop words that sell for 2 platinum or Nilitim's grimoire pages.
The moment she is killed, she immediately respawns elsewhere on the beach. If it is nighttime and the pup is up and killed, Jairnel will spawn. If it is daytime and Jairnel is up and killed, the pup will spawn.
Oracle Qulin WILL attack her if she gets too close to him while you are fighting her.

Was roaming around in the Field of Bone when I saw her. Came here to see if she had any importance before attacking her.
Right after I killed her and looted her (roughly 3.2 gold), she instantly respawned a light ways down, so I killed her again. Roughly 2 gold the second kill.

I was a 32 Sk at the time i saw her, one of my friends said she droped a +7 int rod,worth 3k so i was like what the hell it was maybe 3 mins long considering i slash for about 98 each time, she droped nothing but 3cp...its pissing me off!

yeah now she CHes which is even worse... he her to about 35% when she cast it and went back up to 90% with me still hitting for a constant 35-48...

Myself (31 Iksar Monk) 30 Shadow Knight and 28 Warrior all Iksar took her out.. it was a long fight because she kept healing.. about he did take her out
she hits for 50-60's but has about a 40 delay on the hits.. she heals herself a LOT which makes her hard. I tried to solo her at 33 but couldn't do it.

if you give her a weapon or a torch of silver pieces or anything at all.. she will say something to you

I went to spar with the ghost to get my low piercing skills up (31 SHM just picked up a spear - got 2 pops out of her btw). I had seen her before and fought her with a warrior partner level 30, we almost got her but weren't really prepared to put the finishing damage on her so we ran to Kurn's. I knew she was tough and I knew she wandered the entire shoreline but I couldn't find her anywhere. A friend told me in a tell that she was supposed to spawn around dawn and nightfall. Well, the sun went down behind the ocean - I sat and watched it 8). But still no sight of her anywhere on the entire shore (did about 4 laps) So I went exploring Sythrax Caves while I was in the neighborhood and there she was... right where you come up from the water into the caves proper. She looked like she was stuck on a pathing loop, she kept swimming into and out of the water back and forth. "What is she doing down here?" I thought, "Just a glitch?". While I was puzzling, she began casting a spell --> and then "slipped into the shadows". Well, she can definitely invis... no doubt about it. I threw on my Spirit SIght and oila, there she is doing the same routine - in and out of the water. Cancelled Spirit Sight just to make sure and she vanishes, recast and there she is. Definitely invisibility. SO, for any of you people who have been ghost hunting and had a hard time finding her, that just may be your answer.
I think I witnessed her shadow step.

I can see that she drops some pagees and a sheer blade and some cash, but for her level, shouldn't she be dropping somthing more? If anyone finds she drops a descent thing, or if someone knows for a fact she dosen't, plz respond....

I tried taking her on at lvl 30 (white) with my druid and couldn't do it due to her healing. Had to call over one of my necro buddies to help me out and we whooped up on her. She does use lay hands and heals constantly. I tried her again at 32 and still couldn't take her. There are no factions related to her and from a post I read on a different web site way back, she is prolly a broken quest or a quest that never started by Verant. She isn't worth the few silver and copper that she drops either.

I'm not anywhere near high enough lvl to kill her myself(only 26), but the people who kill her can tell anyone this. If she gives any faction hits you can try around those places, also don't forget in the necro area of Erudin there is a ghost similar to this one, how about an Erudite Necro talk to her?
Although she says "My comrades will avenge my death," she does not have any faction hits.

Now I'd been soloing 'blue' WW and FM Giants for a few levels now, able to go toe to toe with them as well (not just fear kiting) so I thought I'd giver her a try.
She resisted my darkness and fear spells, kept interrupting my feign and all around being nasty. I managed to barely get her down a quarter when I started to run and jump to Kurn's like a 'noob' managing to zone with only a sliver of health to spare.
Just goes to show, there are 'blues' and there are 'blues!', and I won't be counting her on my easy to kill lists.

Ya, one day i was fighting in the fob and a friend and i decided to go ghost hunting.... we went down to the beach to say hi to this chic... she doesn't have much to say though. Like everyone else, i hailed her but of course she didn't respond.. at that point my friend ran away screaming cuz he's afraid of ghosts and the like :รพ LOL... and i decided to try and beg from her.... tried a bunch of times but no dice...

I don't know if this was covered in earlier posts, but I did see someone mention that she is a cleric, she is indeed a paladin (she has lay hands) the only loot I've ever known her to drop is the Essense of Rathe. Hails don't get any real response out of her...another unsolved quest mob?

I found this Erudite Cleric Ghost yesterday floating up and down the shore. I am a level 40 iksar shaman and she conned indifferent and blue. I decided to follow her around after hailing her several times with no affect. I even tried simple questions such as "Who are you?" and "What are you?" with no answer.
After following her up and down the shore a couple times (she goes all the way to the top of the shore and stops, and stops again near the ramp leading to the shore), I decided to see how tough she was. I had a pet at the time and full health and mana. Told the pet to attack while I cast Venom of the Snake and Togor's Insects. Once she got to about 40% health, she began casting either Greater Healing or Superior Healing. Probably Greater Healing considering her level.
Was a really easy blue kill. No faction adjustment, and carried little money and some words of no consequence.

She usually spawns on the beach near kurns. If you are walking from Cabillis, take a left around the pit. The last pit entrance has a path that leads to the beach. She can be found wondering up and down the entire beach, so look all over. She has no connection with the manslayer cave. She doesnt aggro and she doesnt respond to hails.
