This named has a chance to spawn at the top of the stairs inside the main hive lobby after the fifth task step is completed in the heroic adventure "They've Gone Too Far This Time" (if the named doesn't spawn, a PH will).

Dropped today for a level 85 player, https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=88586
Molo'd this HA today with my 105 SK and the Mistress spawned. At 105 she was yellow con to me so either 106 or 107. I burned all my cool downs just to make sure, but she didnt seem that much harder than some of the 103-104 named mobs encountered in other zones. Straight up tank and spank. AC around 3650, and HP around 156k on my SK just for reference. The room following her had the 4 adventurers in it and all conned even 105. I managed to take out 3 at a time and singled the last one. The dwarf had a ton of hp but the other 3 seemed to go down faster.

Not sure if they're broken or what, but neither of those spells seemed to have any effect when I fought her.
She also cast a weak pet once, brief duration.

The placeholder that can spawn at that location on a web-ramp is "an arachnid harrower".

this mob spawns in the mission they've gone too far!! unfurtunately we pulled before we were ready and faded aggro. Be aware that if this named has mobs in its path back to its room, it will attack the mob. we engaged the named once we found this out, named disappeared after death due to dmg done by other mobs.
