He is always up in that spot, no PH. I have killed him about 30 times and has dropped the legs twice and Dead Warriors Band once... He does drop stuff but its very rare. He is barely harder than the trash in the area.

Just dropped this guy and he dropped NOTHING..also killed katazz and he dropped nothing..i am wondering if these are actually named?
