Also spawns at -1508.57, 697.10, 5.06. Seems like any of the corrupted coralspines are the PH for this guy.
Tonight he dropped Bloodforged Cloth Hands Ornament, and NOTHING else!

One of the easier nameds in this zone. There are quite a few of the "corrupted" placeholders around the pond but none of the mobs roam and they are not within assist range of each other, so you can work your way round killing on the spot until Plague pops. They don't death-walk either.
The fight is not too difficult, soloed as a Silver 100 Mage. Twincast with twin rain nukes wore him down.
Not sure what the special spell does but I didn't feel anything, just a red warning message about being corrupted.

Had 3.8 Million hp. Did 4.2k dps to my merc tank. Cast a spell that says "Kansan has been poisoned, anyone who heals him will be damaged" Seemed scary, but nothing really happened.
