These things are dropping "A Twisted Stalk" and misc gems. The maneater bud seems to be dropping from any of the man eater mobs

Do these drop Fern Flowers? There's a quest needing about 4 of these from the Kloks in the center tunnels of West Cabilis. Don't know what it gives...
