wat i dont understand is y would any1 kill him? Is he evil? Is he good? Is he a traitor? I dont understand wat u mean and the fact hes crying in a corner but does he even attack u or anything or will the guards find him and kill u? Or if i kill him will the guards kill me or him? Wats going on with this story?!
Footman Moglok is an NPC used in the Soldier's Pike quest for Iksar war's. Location seems to change. But is always found in buildings near E Cabilis

Footman Moglok is for the warrior trooper pike quest Kruill Master Kyg seeds you to deliver a letter to him and he gives you a froglok head one of 3 that is needed the other 2 are found on froglok outlanders near the fall to Trakannon's Teeth

I am going to kill Moglok. I will report what faction u get from killing him.
Don't bother, I can already tell you... you'll lower Legion of Cabilis and Cabilis Residents, won't raise anything (assuming the guards don't come and kill you before you finish him off).

if you talk to him hes kind of funny in a sad sort of way. He whines about being called Moglock the Froglock. He he he i think i might type in "Hail Moglock The Froglcock" and see if any thing happens :)

I don't know what hes for, but when you kill him your faction with the frogloks goes down and your faction with cabilis guards and all them goes up. Wierd.
