If the statue on the center island is facing the Pillar of Light, this named can spawn on the death of any mob. It spawns a distance away and is not auto-aggro. It's reported to drop any loot that Pillar of Light nameds drop.
His debuff, Light of Erion, appears in the song window and appears to remain up for the entire fight. It's a reverse 800-point damage shield (you lose 800 hitpoints for every one of your melee hits). Also, spell casts cause a self-nuke for 9000. DoTs and pets are most efficient against this mob.

Please correct the comment about his spawn spot. I found him in the audience of the "arena" type room on the 2nd floor. He may have other spots as well but I only needed to find him once!

If the statue in the middle (at portal in) is facing the light (white) tower It will spawn this named on the death of ANY mob, and no its not instant arrgo he spawns close to you tho. There is a zone wide Emote that tells you when the statue is facing a different tower. obviously there are 4 towers.
Also Peacekeepers can drop ANY loot that drops from any named inside that certain tower.
Do not Melee this guy. in the song window u will see a debuff and when that is up its a massive DS. you will die fast.
Best to Use DoTs or Pets. or Nukes. now.... each time u cast a DD or DOT on this named u will also get hit by the DS but its less often then if your meleeing. so Group heals is your friend plus and 2nd healer for MT. none DD/DoTs casted on him does not make u get hit by DS.

how do you get him to spawn?? I have been following the statues but still cant get them to spawn is there a certain Ph??

his ds seems to only hit one player hard, in my 4box group i have bard mage bst and cleric with merc healer and tank on named, beast took heavy damage from the ds and cast back with noone taking any seirous damage untill aoe heals let beast die... then mage started taking very heavey damage untill named died, was definatly not an easy fight
Casts Light of Erion. Effect appears in the song window, and refreshes before it fades, so you're stuck with it the entirety of the fight. Causes you to nuke yourself for 9k when casting any spell at him. Effect also includes a nice melee damage shield. Failed on him several times before giving up. Suggest heavy heals or a violent pet swarm.
