If you choose the "fight" option and win, Reklor Irespine drops Heart of the Pure. Despite the request, turning the heart into a decayed sentry stone does not update the final step in the task At Your Disposal nor "reward you with treasures beyond your wildest dreams", but instead simply results in the text, "A decayed sentry stone begins to pulse as the heart is consumed, radiating filth and disease." So, it's best if you simply say "yes" to Reklor and avoid the additional run back up to the top.
Reklor Irespine casts [31496] Reklor's Recourse every 20 seconds.

In the Resplendent Temple (static zone): Found at 1810, -100, 440. From the Pillars zone-in, head due south into the building and continue south until you come to the last room; Reklor is in the southeast room. If coming from the temple's first floor, you'll have to travel up the ramps in the middle of the temple.
In the Resplendent Temple (instances): Part of the group mission Secrets of the Stones; also appears in the Two Sides of the Stone raid expedition.

It took me like 2hrs to find this A-hole
Go straight through to the end that on the bottom floor to the room with the 2 half circle ramps and Surmo.
Go up one of those ramps.
Find the other ramps that are like switchbacks up the tower.
Go up those series of ramps all the way to the top
You will now be in a big room that can go 3 directions.
Go straight to the back but be careful there are see-invis mobs named probers or something like that.
In the back there you will find another set of switchback ramps.
Take the ramps to the top again.
When you get to the top follow the hallway and turn right (its your only option).
Then make a quick right turn into a semi circle curved hallway. Follow that hallway and go through the middle door.
Go to the next area straight all the way to the end which is a big circular room.
He will be in one of the small rooms that line the outside of the circular room

How did you find this guy, to post about him, without reading through the quests that require him, without also reading his location, given in the quest's description? That's interesting.
Note, I wouldn't recommend following Reklor's dialogue "anything else you may want from me will not be taken without a [fight]." or your response will be something close to:
