High Priest Nelori  

I don't know who suggested, or when, the placeholder of an idealist was added. But it isn't an accurate placeholder. I was dropping pretty much the room as a camp. The idealists were a very inconsistent spawn and would randomly be replaced with guards or enforcers. This struck me as odd for a ph. Something else odd was that the room had Nitori priests in it that consistently spawned. Sure enough: A roamer Nitori priest spawned the High Priest. I believe the correct phs are the 3 or 4 Nitori priest in those 2 rooms.
