I had somewhat of a hard time finding this mob. Basically if you run all the way down to the water and then run back up a bit you'll see 2 holes in the wall on your left that you can use to see inside a small amphitheater. It's a circular room with stadium seating. There are a few acolytes in there. It's impossible to pull them without adds. For me it was ok being a large mage with raid focus i was able to use fortify companion and frenzied burnout/virulent talon to take on 3 at once. The first one went down fast with virulent talon and the next two were tankable with pet. essentially you just have to keep killing the acolytes until the Evangelizer spawns.
Dropped Embellished Footwraps along with the 2h sword & a median cantrip.

We moved into the room on the one set of steps that has no mobs. Runarn popped just on our left. he is a Hadal. not an alaran. loc was P40 x n 50 x p232. good luck

popped in the middle room of the zone ph was in the back of this room. cleared to him and had to DA pull because of the stun/mez once he is out its not that bad of a fight but your gonna need CC and a back up tank. dropped my sword on first kill :)
