Beetle popped for me at 2725, -86. Another static farmer spot just south the stairs.

I looted Scuffed Weapon Crate of the Mercenary 20 slot Giant and Malodorous boots of wonder.
Not too difficult as long as you stay out of range of the AE. Took about 2 min's, dropped Glossy Elytra Shoulderguards and Minor Alaran Cantrip Blows my mind this thing drops a lvl 91 spell...
Group was 3-boxed,
94 mage, 2k aa, T4 Cleric merc
93 Necro, 1.8k aa, T1 cleric merc
85 Shm, 200aa, T1 cleric merc
Shamans merc bit the dust instantly after first AE hit grp, then backed up to safe distance. Shm slowed w/ Counterbias + grp healed. Kept Necro pet outta fight to keep merc's from healing em, + dotted, RB + Epic pet - Nuked w/ Mage till dead.
Summons, Slowable, was not able to resist AE w/ 751 resists, and he chain casts it every 15-20 seconds.

Soloed as a 95 nec, with nothing but pets and a healer merc. Best to stay out of range, his ae will hurt.
Spawned in the same place as pictured above. Haven't yet seem him spawn up by the stairs, only in the 3rd static position not far from Mabus on the left when he's to your back.
Took about 6 cycles to see him once, haven't seen him again. Dropped the feet and nothing else. Hope he returns soon, I really need the shoulder item for my alt.

Spawned static at 2966, -100, 14. PH respawned as "a farmer." Dropped Guards of the Dung Gatherer + Lesser Alaran Cantrip.
This mob spawns on the same terrace as Mabus the quest guy. Placeholders are the three static farmer mobs on that terrace. Mob has a nasty AE poison spell, Poison Pinch, a 21K DD with a 14K DoT. It basically chain casts the spell so cures don't do much good.
