So closer to 15 I'd say.

Dropped 2 rusty shortswords, longbow and an arrow. Silly ranger jumped me when I was standing around minding my own business.

Faction hits are correct.

My necromancer companion was jumped by this lady while I was working on trying to collect some froglock meat. She was light blue to both of us at 20th. A couple of rusty weapons, a bow, some arrows, the noble crest.

one slash with innoruks curse and shes dead :)

Yes, she was red to a 9th shammie. I beat her down to about half health before I had to jet to a zone. I pure melee'd her to since I had no mana after an intial slow that stuck on her. Gotta love permanant sow!

Just downed her with 21 sk, conned green, but I got xp. Also she dual wields, and warriors get that at 15.

She jumped my 8th level DE necro. Conned red to me, although I easily outran her. She also carries a bow (only hit me once out of 4 times...lousy shot!).

conned yellow to my 12th increment ogre warrior, so I gave her a lesson in humility. In the end she was face down in the bottom of the swamp. She definately fights below her level as I had half my life bar left when all was said and done. Also she casts no spells, and when killed gives nothing but negative factions. She had no noble's crest when I looted her, or any other notable loot.

Have killed her several times at several levels, occasionally find some arrows on her, the crest appears sproadically
