Where is she in Rathe Mountains ? I couldn't find her at the inn (around +4000, -1300) on the AB server.

Edit : she eventually spawned inside the inn for a short time. She's part of a cycle including Rell Ostodl, Hogus Durmas, Tann Cellus, Bunk Odon ...

FIRST:

Head out to WFP. There are two merchants part of the /Faydark's Champions/ faction:
- Pandos Flintside
- Jyle Windshot

If you are not AMIABLE to Jyle Windshot, you will need to see Pandos Flintside to raise it. His quest involves Muffins.

Just buy a bunch from some merchant in FP, and give them to him by 4s in each slot trade slot.

Once you have made amiable with Jyle, Go buy a bunch of /Small Lanterns/. Give them to Jyle. He will give you in return /Wood Chips/. I think he also gives you Treant Hearts. They are of no use to this quest.

Head over to Erudin's Toxx Forest. The first hut to your right when leaving Erudin is where you will find Emil Parsini.

To him, give the wood chips in stacks of 4s. This should raise Guard, High Council, and Merchant Faction.

she conned red to me at L10 and she was wailing on some troll sk for 20-30 per hit, so she's probably about 14.

Tal Godin can be found along with the other human, elf and dwarf NPCs on one of the islands across from Guk. She seems to be one of the higher level human, elf, dwarf NPCs and conned blue to my Troll warrior back when he was 18 or 19.

I just ran into this lady, and she conned red to me at level 9. This would indicate that her level can be at least as high as 12, though I would guess higher than that because she hit me for 31 several times before I made it to the zone.

red to me at lvl 11, but I killed her with a little help. She is possibly 14 or more on the high end of the scale.

I read a post under one of the other human or elf NPCs located in Innothule saying that the Noble's Crests are for a quest given by someone in the Ogre Warrior guild in Oggok if that helps ... sorry for lack of specifics.

She seems to spawn on the "islands" directly in front of the entrance to upper Guk.
