I killed him the first time i saw him. Being lvl 20 he conned still blue to me. I looted the usual feather and a Gem(Pearl i guess). That was at the ramp. He came there from Paw-Hill, so i guess he starts somewhere around there...

I've only seen him once. (Naturally, at that time, I was playing a character that was too low to tackle him.) He was between Paw and the aviak village, so maybe he tends to be in that area rather than just anywhere.

I ran into him for the second time yesterday. I am level 33 so he posed no problem for me. The aviak feather is not the rare drop because I got the same item both times I killed him. The bracer must be the rare drop. I think he does spawn at random locations because the first time I saw him he was near aviak city and yesterday he was east of splitpaw.

I think you people that are saying that you took a 20th mob easy at "such and such " a level and that what is posted MUST be wrong should take into account your twinkage factor. Yes I have a character that because of his gear fights at lesat a level or two higher than he is...just cuz he is a twink doesn't mean the mob level is lower ..sheesh

Just a note: He was blue to me at 18 so he was at least 17 or less and fought like a 15.

I have been in sk for about 3weeks now and i only saw him one time my first time in sk. He was near paw and my group wasted him, he dropped the bracer but i lost the roll.

Fayt... how do you see his place holders??? i think your confused, yes he might have a place holder but just because an Aviak is wandering around doesnt mean it is the place holder... all the aviaks spawn randomly in SK and in the City. And as far as i know there arent any that have "placeholder" next to their name so there is no way you can tell.

He is a rare spawn that spawns in a random area and is VERY RARE, he wanders the zone and his placeholders are either egrets darters rooks harriers and avocets, ive seen his placeholder many times at treants. but i have never seen him.

where is he in the zone? he spawn at the avaik city?
