i have not found any current info on this spawn.
i wish someone at allakhazam or a player in game
would at least confirm that this mob exists or not.

I am needing to kill A Goblin Captain for the DoN Cultural Armor Quest, but I have not been able to get him to spawn. Anyone know if there is a placeholder for this guy?

I think it's just a Blackened Iron Cape... maybe not in name, but stat wise heh. Sells for almost 5pp though...

there are 3 capes that drop the blackened iron and the sleek black cape and the supple black cloak, all random drops and all just 1 or 2 ac off from each other.

Borxx does indeed spawn here. However since the captain is a common spawn, if some high level ppl are fighting borxx for xp, they'll kill the captain and let you loot the femur.

The Femur is used in a monk quest. The captain spawns behind the room where the Goblin King spawns. Careful cause Borxx a tough named Evil Eye also spawns here.
