100% spawns off the SE corner two vile tormentors.
Camped and killed twice today at that spot.

I did this camp yesterday and the day before for at least 10+ hrs total and out of all 4 placeholders only 1 was spawning the named. I got it him to spawn for a grand total of 7 times (was after the weapon aug) and every single time it spawned at the same ph location. Like Infyranna already stated, the 2 at the SE corner do not spawn him. That leaves 2 a little further West. Out of those 2 the one that roams from the Southern Zone Wall and over the mound is the one that spawns him, don't worry, you can't confuse this one with the other ph a little further NW since that one does not path South. The good news though it was a double exp weekend so 10+ hrs of grinding gave me a ton of AA's =)

we camped this guy for a while, it seems that the only phers that actually spawn the named is the ones just a bit west and northwest of the exact corner, not the 2 vile tormentors that you see in the exact SE corner. This maybe server subjective who knows. This was in Tunare.

Spawns in the Far SE most Corner there is 2 PH's Vile Tormentor there is also two others but after multiple times killing i failed to spawn this named from them so these may be the only 2 PH's for this paticular named (( slowable he likes to debuff you pretty straight forward fight )) Dropped Medium Nebulous Dream Fragment and Amulet of Ancient Fears
