Can anyone tell me where he spawns? I have never been to Permafrost & not sure how to get to spawn point.

Ok, if you go to the right at the flag room and just go thru 1 gate, the alchemist pops behind a rock, go thru the door before the rock though. Then proceed to the far right. You will then enter a good sized room, enter this and there will be numerous cells. He is in the only one on the left. Hope this helps, only reason I looked was because having a Permafrost raid Saturday for my guild. Hope it helps!

He was blue at 23? how does that happen? it says his min and max lvl is 27

We went there the other night lv45 warrior and lv45 druid and in 6 hours of camping him he only spawned 1 time and dropped the wolley silk net. But seeing how this is really close to scryer who spawned 7 times it was not bad

Wow... I, as a mage, could finnaly have root!!! does the wolly spider silk stack?? if it does... well )not that i would even know how to use root any more.... it would be nice just to have...

He spawns kinda near the Alchemist and Scryer, at the end of a hallway. Small room with many gobs in it (6).

I was just in perma last night and my group pulled the Jailmaster twice, both times he dropped the Wolly Silk Net and both times he was blue to me at 23.
