Kijaemz spawns from either of the "a bitter treant" mobs in the zone-in area (roaming). It is a Warrior-class mob, hits for a max ~8,500, and flurries.

Yep. From the overpass/ tunnel run past Raze's spawn point along the wall until you get to the end ramp, and there's a placeholder there as well. Killed him there once when he was up. I was trying to spawn him at the Zone in and a nice ranger said, " you looking for Kijaemz and I said yep, and he said he's up, ....that a away .... and lo and behold, there he was by the ramp.

He dropped the T2 chest for me this past week https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=92103. It is definitely not his normal T2 drop, since this is the first one in 100s of kills.

Any treant around the iz can be his place holder, I imagine./ Only place I ever seen it, anyways. (seen it twice here)

It was dead on the House of Thule door today....rofl.

I have never seen him up on right side, as you exit the house of thule, faciing the grounds. It has always spawned from the treant on the left, the one that wanders around in a little circle there. He wanders right by the IZ too and is snaggable there, as a solo mob.

So he doesn't spawn over near the tunnel then?? I was over near the tunnel camp, sitting in the one corner on 90sk and 90necro killing 1 snake, and 2 treants every few mins as they respawned. Because i didn't see any treants near zone in.

When you zone from house of thule into the grounds,... you are standing at the door way to house of thule now.... look left. There is a bitter treant on your left, walking in a circle. That is your PH.

Both Bitter Treants by the zone in are PHs, as are the 2 bitter treants over in the forest section near the north wall.

Conned even to me at lvl 90. His level may differ I imagine. He definitely flurries a bunch. I tried to solo as a 90 sk with a t5 merc. It didn't last long. He put out an insane amount of dps. Didn't notice any casting...but then again I didn't last long enough :P

Kijaemz was up near zone in. Took him out with 90 shaman (mix of tower gear, UF group gear, and T2 Thule group gear), 90 tank merc, 86 ranger box (mix of SOD, UF, and Thule group gear..basically shaman's extended DOT :) ), and 86 healer merc. Took maybe 5 min tops to kill with no real difficulty.

Dropped a very nice looking bow. Hope the images are allowed.
