Bouncer Hurd was a static spawn at +361, +708 on a 14 minute respawn. Didn't roam and was indifferent to DE.

Bouncer Captain Grak can spawn as either of the two roaming bouncers: Bouncer Flerb, who roams from the Rathe Mountains to the western side of the river and down towards the House of Thule zone; and Bouncer Hurd, who roams from Innothule Swamp to the eastern side of the river and north to Oggok.
He summons from 100% health; hits for a max ~6,500; and sees invisibility.

I failed to mention in my post on Clurg's Prized Stein that this guy also dropped a Greater Nebulous Dream Fragment https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=90069 for a level 89 spell.
He also saw through invis when we found him, and cast Face Smash https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=17967 which hit me for 21k with only 16 spell shielding... ouch.
