This eye conned blue to me when I was in my mid-high 30's still. I was a mage and was able to solo him pretty easy but anything that con's blue to that level range is sure as hell not going to be taken out by a party of level 16 to 18's. Maybe the 35 cleric was enough to help but I still doubt your story.

I am a 25th level Enchanter, and was with a 30th level monk and 30th level ranger. We took him out fairly easily.

umm heh, i killed him with a full party of 16-18, one 35 cleric that killed his pet, he never got a charm off and we wasted him in like 3 mins

This big hitter took out a party of 6 19-21 level members, comprised of 1 tank (myself), 2 druids, 1 cleric, 1 enchanter, and 1 wizzie. Twice. On the third try, with the help of a 26th druid, we got him. And lost 6 of the 7 people fighting. Only the cleric survived......go figure.

this ******* caught me offguard with only 40m... being the amazing 37cleric i am i thought.. what the heck a blue ee hehe... i died a terrible death AND lost my lvl.. this ******* is HARD... he had a bunch of nukes.. resisted a lot of my stuns and roots.. and dispells three buffs at a time
