i used to farm sol a for fun all the time, and from that, ive seen singe wander around the entrance to the kobold hallway and a little further away from lavastorm ent. i recently saw him near the entrace, after the window room. while hunting clockworks, occasionally a goblin would wander through the area and agro on me. sometimes singe would wander instead, leading me to believe that they are on the same spawn table. so if you want singe, try sitting near the first clockwork and slaying every goblin that passes by
I don't know if anyone of you guys has a wizard but they can be pretty difficult to play with but I was wondering if Soluseks eye would be a safe spot for me to solo, and this Sine creature would he be tough for a 30 Wizard?

Xat, I would STRONGLY recommend outdoor areas for your soloing. You need to master the art of kiting, using your level 29 spell "Bonds of Force". Bonds of Force (BoF) is a turning point for wizards, though I didn't realize it until about level 32. You MUST be careful not to snare yourself, as Bonds of Force is aoe - you'll do it anyways, but you should be warned.
My recommendation is that you solo one of the spires in SK, until you get your lvl 34 aoe, "Circle of Force".
Once you have Circle of Force, go to any zone with good range of visibility, and lots of the same MOB. I recommend Dawnshroud, but you'll want SOW potions. Pull mobs using BoF. Start with just a couple mobs, and build up to 4 at a time (quad-kiting). Run round in circles to get the mobs in a tight pack, BoF them one more time to get them all on the same snare timer, then AOE nuke them down for GOBS of exp.
Good luck. I've been quadding mobs for 6 levels, that my pally friend of the same level can only just now solo a single one.
Was fighting 2 Flame Gobos earlier today when this clown flew in. Conned DB to 37Ranger and attacked straight away. Could be a faction thing , a combat thing or maybe he just didnt like my Aftershave who knows ))
I was soloing some of them CWG's When SIngs came in the room and stopped. I thought he was gonna aggro on me, but he just seemed to want to watch me ;). Well, since he conned blue to me, i kiled him. Dropped a drakescale belt. It had decent stats and a nice focus, but i had better, so i just kept it in my pack. About 30 mins later, There he is again watching me. I usually dont mind an audience, but he didnt /cheer for me, so i killed him again. This tim i got the hoop. Well, after i dinged, I asked my guildie for a sow who was also hunting in there. When she came up, she brought ANOTHER singe with her. So i engaged him while she nuked away. This was about an hour or less after the last singe sighting. She got a hoop for herself as well. So in my exp, he doesnt seem that rare to me.

Ok....heres a little information from someone who has killed this guy over 20 times trying to get his belt. He does not really have a fixed spawn position. His spawn rate is highly irratic. I can clear everything north of the entrance, and still it can take up to two hours for another spawn. But there was a time he spawned twice in a row. Well anyways if you want the belt be prepared for a long stay in the company of goblins =/. Good luck.

I was in a group with a troll sk, barb beastlord, eur wizzie, elf rouge and i am an welf druid...he flew by three times while where were killing a large pull of both gnomes and goblins...he did not attack...he few out of the room and was then killed by other people before will could find him again. We were all new to the area so maybe your faction has something to do with him attacking or not...but he left us allow with a wide varity of races in the group....
I think he spawns in the place pointed out on eqatlas, but then begins to wander. He didn't agro to me while I was fighting goblins, but possibly only because he was light blue to me. Goblins did however heal him while I was killing him though. I'm sure he wanders through the gobby area though.. because I followed him for a minute or two to see what he was doing
Singe will not KoS evil races. I am a dark elf warrior, and he just flys right above me. The only time he attacks is either: 1-You attack him 2-Your attacking his little gob pals That is all. No matter what his level, he only hits around the 50's, and can be taken down quite fast for his level.
Singe conned yellow to my lv 27 ranger and most definitely attacked on sight. He was on the opposite end of the hall from the platform when he jumped me. He dropped a fire drake scale and the obsidian bead hoop earring.
I'm a level 37 human paladin and i killed singe last night he agroed right on me while i was killing goblins so evil or good has nothing to do with him agroing by the way he droped the firedrake belt nice item but not great
