ok, finally found him after searching my class boards, talking to people (which is almost never a pleasant experience anymore), and killing my everloving *** off. his NEW loc is

add that to your map file and you're good to go, if you're ambitious there's an identical pool next to it that has the second ph, did 3 cleares of both, got FS, first kill dropped my sword WOOT i'm done with this bish!

yeah i'm hearing i have a bad map basically, i just Dl'd new pack from mapfiend (again) and still no FS label, hearing the rasper's map has one so gonna start looking around and killing in that area, ty for the info though!
It is posted on the map at a given location and labled as roamer. I have been scouting here not yet been camping here. The only think i see move to the spot he is posted at in lava is a lava mephit thing and then it paths off and comes back. Best guess clear all the lava mephits in area of the lable .

i agree with the previous poster, i've gone on rumors, checked every post that might be associated with this guy, you name it i've tried it. including spending the past month moving all around LC killing everything in sight to try to find this guy, any loc would be massively APPRECIATED!
thats great and all that he drops loot, now how about the slightest hint on where he spawns at?

Cape is part of the slot 3 versions of tier 8 items that can drop off any mob including trash but it definatly is rare and not his normal drop list.

Killed this one a few times. Got the sword twice and the candle a few times. Then it droped candle and a Cape of clever tactics. Here is the link .
