Very Easy fight ... 85 SK T5 gear very well auged 1200 + hp on all .... Druid T8 gear , Mage T8 gear , Me T7-T8 gear .... SK tanked i dotted and spot healed fight was over in less than a minute ....
It's a zonewide spawn. Anything is a ph for it.

Got him to pop in The Groundkeepers room tonight dropped Sludge-Covered Hoop
Forget what you know about this mob's location, no matter what is marked. I've seen it in 5 places (all PHs were mephits - including the 2 mephits at the entrance).
