the E is simply a pyramid with three front spawns...and two back spawns i believe, only special spawn that can pop there is Crusaders.
This mob now spawns at the top of the Temple/Pyramid to the FAR left if you are facing the ramp to Cazic-Thule. (A on map below). Any of the Tae Ew mobs can be his placeholder.

This guy is a wizard, be ready to take some big nukes after you pull him.
Wouldn't a templar be a cleric? Sure you weren't getting hit by cleric nooks?

just exactly is this "temple" everyone talks about. just outside the CT entrance or where and if outside which one there are many. I was just there and man did not see any of the mobs that drop ravenscale. thanks

He got moved to Feerrott outside the entrance to CT he now spaws on top of the pyramids and has zealots as place holders.

hmmm.. did this make ravenscale easier to get or harder, its more accesable now but the ogre gaurds are annoying

We have camped this spot for prolly close to 30 hours, though in 3 big chunks of time, and have not even seen this guy! Is he on the steps leading onto the catwalk that goes into the pyramid, or on the very top (apex) of the the smaller roof for the room with the catwalk. I want a rogue in my group to get this stuff, but MAN!

There are 3 spawn points on the steps..two side ones and a middle one..the middle one is where the Archon spawns

can a lvl 36 necro solo him?

If you could find some way to get him by himself, maybe. However, these temples are usually surrounded bu lizard friends, and while individually or even in small groups they wouldn't be a problem for a 36 necro, they tend to come in large groups. I came here the other day with my 38 mage and my poor pet kept getting swarmed by lizzies. I could usually take down 4-5 just DSing and healing my pet and maybe throwing in the occasional nuke, but overall it's not practical to try to solo these ravenscale mobs here at that level. Maybe at 39 with my new pet I could do it easier, but at 38 I was eventually forced to gate due to too many greens and light blues. Bring a friend, however, around the same level and it shouldn't be a problem.

We camped this guy the other night. We kept the whole pyramid cleaned. His "spot" is a 20 min spawn time BUT we were there starting at 5pm and he didnt show up till after 11pm ! Dont know if this was just bad luck or regular appearance schedule. After he spawns, he start walking down the the pyramid. Also when we saw him we got jumped by several lizards at the same time. Dont know if this is was bad luck or designed that way !

Does anyone know where i can find the information about the spawn time on the mobs in Cazic? Im looking to camp ravenscale gear for my rogue. Please post a message telling me where i can find this information.

Anyone know where i can get the spawn time info for things that spawn in cazic? im lookin to camp myself some RS gear for my rogue... :P i aint tryin to raid or n e thing, but i need to find out some info on these mobs.. please post a msg tellin me where i can find the info..

Actually the game is not so bad, I currently have a purity belt. I wouldn't mind trading it for the belt since I use much mana in my fighting.

The dmg shield you are talking about is O'Keil's Radiation. The only Dmg shield Wizards get, it's a lvl 4 spell.

The Archon is a wizard, and will cast wizard type spells (Force shock, inferno shock etc) and if he is not attacked immediately he will cast a damage shield on himself, that does exactly 2 dmg per hit (big whoop)

2dmg per hit can cause serious damage if you realy add the #'s up. but all in all, it wont realy do much if you got a good group and realy you should sit by his spawn point so he agroes right away.

Belt is not worthless, casters buy em all time. Not sure what server your on but on Rodcet the cloaks are from 150 to 250pp

I spent the entirety of level 34 on that pyramid and saw the Archon 3 times. All 3 times he was white to me.

The Tae Ew Archon spawns on the top floor of the temple. If you are killing him for the loot, you will not be happy. He is much harder than the Templar (which drops the cloak aprox 400pp+). Unless you get the RS arms, you get a belt that is near worthless (ac2, +10hp, +10mana LOL). He has a dmg sheild and some strong heals.

The belt , although not exactly great , is useful to casters that have very few alternatives.The Archon Nukes pretty hard too , make sure you take him down fast.
