The last I knew the keys weren't used anymore. Early into EQ Verant had planned to have certain doors in Unrest be locked. In order to unlock a door you needed to kill a certain creature, loot that particular key, and then you could gain access. The doors are no longer locked but the keys still drop. Perhaps removing the keys was more difficult than having the PC's destroy them. I have been in Unrest from 14th to 31st levels almost exclusively and have not found a locked door yet.

You could do well there...i did...i went as a lvl 18 pally and only left now to finish my ghoulbane quest....i am going back tho as soon as i have it..

the 3 sisters are located on top of the gates when you first enter Neriak they can be found up top thank you

A charred ruby or pearl is for a necro words quest in neriak, i think. You have to give various items to the 3 sisters somewhere in neriak and get some words for research.

Yes this happy fellows spawn in the bar along with carrion ghouls, barbed bone skeletons, skele monks, and the friendly undead barkeep who is camped for his 2 drops-opailline(spl?) earing which gives charisma, and the thick leather apron which is an AC 8 belt
