Gilbot the Golden [ Merchant ]  

This gold stuff is terribly under-powered when compared to the silver stuff. Mostly you are just getting 2-3ac and 10-20hp more than it's silver counterpart. On top of that, some of the gold bought versions do not even have clicky effects and have weaker focus effects. If you were to box these it would take you 9-10 hours straight to get one item on one toon (assuming you are consistantly getting that one toon in first place which shouldnt be a problem). In that 10 hour time span you get the silver to buy 3-4 items. And the charms, the silver one has nearly twice the AC as gold.
Is the extra 6-8 hours you put in for one item worth a type 3 aug slot?

Also, what's the deal with the horridly out of balance weapons? I mean they all have really nice effects to them. But when compared to previous expansions, it's just oddly off. Like the warrior and rogue ones sold here, fully progressed they have damage/delay ratios that would still keep them bagged for Secrets of Fay weapons. Yet, the Shadowknight one is better than Seeds of Destruction Tower weapons.

What gives?
