I accidentally killed this guy when he got in my way unexpectedly. Loot was Gnome Meat.
Has anyone attempted to speak to theese guys in gnomish? Or heal them all the way out? Would be difficult, with the screwed pathing in here, but might be worth a try.

From what I have seen you need to keep either this guy or the other one Lodrand Dindlenod alive in order to get the Minotaur Sentry and the Minotaur Lord to spawn. The Sentry drops the Icon of the Devout used in a Cleric shield quest.

It's funny because he spawns with someone else and then they begin punching the minos and usually the minos kill them, but if the mino they are fighting is pulled they will follow and will help you

Any idea if this guy is for a quest or something? Have anyone tried hailing him? Does anyone know who "someone else" is?

He spawns in the slave room - labelled 2 on the eqatlas map.
The room contains about 5 mino slaver spawns, 2 non-aggro slaves (an elf and a dwarf) and occasionally this character and his friend (Lodrad Dindelenod - both gnomes).
This pair are aggresive to the minotaurs, and will keep shouting to the guards to help them (presumably gnome guards).
They can usually kill one slaver between them, they will then rush on to the next slaver.
If assisted and the slavers killed, they will just stand around until a slaver comes into their aggro radius at which point they will rush off to their doom.
With kindly faction neither of them responded to being Hailed.

Yes, someone else is another mysetery character something like Dilean Stormhammer. He's a dwarf, about the same level, and I would presume related to the stormhammers of Kaladim. total mystery men, both of them.
