Lvl 85 Shaman took him and the room full of adds with Tier 5 Merc Warrior and Pet. Merc tanked him easily. Adds were not much of a problem. Fabled Prismatic Basilisk in Plane of Earth was a tougher fight IMO. I spent about three hours camping him and clearing the room when there were re-pops before he finally spawned.

its the midle room on the right side in dark blue on the map, that is if you use the set downlowded from mapfiend. its also labled the hraquis room.
