The best way I found to bank with these guys without them agroing on you is to go to the gorge and kill evil eyes for a couple days. Then you can go anywhere you want in Runnyeye without any agro at all. Everything in Runnyeye, including Lord Pickclaw himself cons amiable to me after I spent a few days killing evil eyes in the gorge :-)
With my other character I have horrible factions with this dude. All you have to do is sneak correctly behind him and right click. Oh and if you sit down and he sees you you will be aggrped so just do it in the corner away from him
Its odd how if you ***** up your faction with the runnyeye gobbies, the banker will aggro on you but when you try and bank with him he says welcome to my bank

If you hunted in that sad excuse of a town High Keep then forget it. For all you Care bear players this might not concern you. However; thoes of us playing on real servers playing 'Bad guys' This Bank is a Boon ! Esp. for High lv people who would like to bank in peace without having Darkenbane or some other gankers jumping ya.

i'm level 28, and when i walked in they all aggroed me. i killed them and none gave xp, and yet they still aggroe. i hate that. if they're going to aggro and not be undead, they should give xp.
It has been my experience that even very green MOBs will attack you if you sit near them. Sitting raises the hate level past the point where their intelligence is telling them, "What would you like your tombstone to say?".
Yeah, you're pretty much right. When you sit down next to some certian mobs, they'll attack you, thinking you're off gaurd (idiots). Orcs do that, unless ur above Threateningly (not sure bout Dub) same with gobs... and most other mobs theat'll con badly.
These are real bankers. They have no loot, or corpse when they die, Same as merchants. They will still let you bank if you are KOS. They do not hurt. Thats my list of Ts.
Dunno for sure what the lvl to bank is there, but a 39th pally friend was KOS as soon as he sat down there, not until tho.. As for enchanters, our Earth Elemental illusion at 24th is great for Runnyeye, nothing will KOS you, with exception of maybe an Evil Eye(doubtful tho).. At 25th lvl after killing maybe a hundred gobs, earth illusion still puts it at Dubious faction, with Benevolence it's still dubious..
Very funny....I'm a 47 barbarian shaman, and went to visit the banker in Runnyeye. There are two bankers, and one decided I would be good to eat. I was banking with him as he was hitting me for 4 dmg. It was hilarious. After I did my banking, I thought I would repay him by killing him. haha I'm just a brute! Then I went in to check out the other banker, and he didn't try to hurt little ole me at all.
I, a lvl 30 shaman iksar had no problems accessing the banker. However, once i finished banking, i sat down to memorize my Gate spell... big mistake. Everything in the room attacked me at once. I barely got out alive
It would be helpful to know what race and class Kuma is, and if he/she knows what faction they have with the goblins and the Betas (isn't that the faction of non-affiliated NPCs in the game)? I am currently camped at the top of Runnyeye as a 30th level Iksar Shaman of Cazic-Thule, and I have been all the way down to the pool where the G Cube and Sludge spawn without anything attacking me (note I have never run into an evil eye or the King, mind you). I have not tried conning or talking to this fellow, but I will be interested in doing so, as it would be nice to find a banker outside Cabilis with whom I could deal--even if he does stink like a pile of sarnak dung...
These guys never touched me after 27. Of course im a warrior too, maybe that has something to do with it. My friend wanted to go see the banker at 24. I warned him that they might attack him, but he didnt listen. Well they wiped the floor with his sorry *** and I barely made it out alive. LOL
I think green creatures that aggro do have something to do with what class you are. After swimming through Lake Rathetear heading to SK one night, me (a 27 Mage at the time) and a friend (a 25 warrior at the time) ran up through the gnoll zone to get to SK. My friend ran through without a touch. I ran through and all of them attacked me, even though I was 2 levels higher than the warrior.
Cerran Cinderstorm Magician of the 32nd Season Seventh Hammer
The banker is moody and doesnt seem to follow a patern on when he agro's. He has aggroed on my 37 Paladin, even after I had just been to him hours before. There is no absolute's, as with most things posted about here.
