stupid thing depopped on me today after my group whiped :( what a waste of my exp bar <sigh> lol.
He is not level 90, as he cons yellow to a lvl 85, so max level would be 88.

If you sit at a portal outside you can watch mobs walk into it and depop, He occasionally will pop from these mobs and will path through once and If he reaches the portal, depop.

Hes up at random times. Ive had him on track multiple times only to check later and him not be anywhere to be found. No other groups in zone yet so noone came in and killed him. I think he just comes out of the tower raid zone, walks around for a few hours then returns.
As well as Distorted Eternal Luminessence.
