Droped Nethercape of the Planes tonight (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=78563).
For me, loc was 1079.11, -2538.93, -57.69. This is the spawn point between the two listed below. I got bored and started killing everything that was around. First PH on that spot was a sphere, then a corrupter, then the named spawned.

Spawned and dropped him with 85 Mage - 84 Earth pet (EM7 focus) + T5 Merc Healer.
PH is static @ 1085.74, -2559.78 ... PH can be either the normal Tricordont or Corruptor. Whatever spawns at the /loc is the PH.
(edit: Also PH + Spawn @ 1019.94, -2324.88 Dropped the Nethercape but not BP Essence)
Dropped the Scimitar as well as the Phased Medial Incandescent.

can confirm pop at +1022, -2322. was up after server reset. good luck ever getting anything around lake to pop tho,I've tried repeatedly & had ZERO pops anywhere of anything LOL!. worst pop rate I've ever seen.

he's close to the north east side of the lake, got him today as a total surprise, the named spawn rate is horrible here, so be warned, you'll have to kill tons of ph to get them to spawn.
Anyone know where this guy is located?
