Farnor the Daybringer isn't involved with any quests, but will chat if your faction is high enough.
You say, 'Hail, Farnor the Daybringer'
Farnor the Daybringer says, "Hail friend! I am called Farnor. I am a weapon of justice dedicated to Mithaniel Marr. I serve his will in all things. This you should know about me if we are to spend any [time together]."
You say, 'Time together?'
Farnor the Daybringer says, "Even the shortest of times spent with another person can change you. Each encounter has an effect, good or bad. And if you do not approve of who I am, then I would give you every opportunity to avoid conversing with me. I am outspoken in what I believe and I do not refrain from telling people what I think. I tolerate little that I [consider wrong], and there are many such things. So if this concerns you, I will not be offended if you wish to end this converstation."
You say, 'What do you consider wrong?'
Farnor the Daybringer says, "Hah!" His laugh is pleasant, suprising so considering his harsh mannerisms and tone. "Such a list would take more time to explore than either of us have left in our lives. Simply put. however, I will not tolerate anything that would harma good person. It is my duty to provide judgments and punishments to those that do wrong, and I have done so many times. Of course the undead serve only eveil and must be destroyed wherever found. My fervor at doing so has earned me the somewhat misleading moniker of Daybringer. I bring no light, the sun does not rise at my calling. But I do try every day to reduce the [darkness] in the world.
You say, 'What darkness?'
Farnor the Daybringer says, "Darkness is abundant. I'm afraid. Each of us must find a way to fight against it. Some give in to it, as many who are now part of the Irregulars once did. The darkness has strength and does not let go readily. Some, however, who were not strong enough or prepared to resist it can still break from its grasp. They just need strength to be lent them for a time. Whenever I can be that strength, I shall.
