Two boxed it with 85 Enchanter, 83 Mage, healer + tank merc. By the end of the fight, healer merc and mage were oom due the mana drain spell he casts every ~30 seconds. Chanter used gather mana mid-fight and had 40% at the end. Not an incredibly easy fight but still doable by a normal group pretty easily I'd expect.

I hate numeric coordinates in a building with halls going up and down and lots of little rooms. So here is how to get the room. go straight into the middle room. The one that is shapped like a backwards D. Then go due north up a ramp to the first room. it is filled with eggs sitting in cubby holes. That is where 189,348,-88 is.
This mob casts Darkened Sight and often. Not resistable so nasty fight with this one.

Confirmed, got him here today on the first respawn.
The "A Corrupted Defiler" and "an imperial broodkeeper" are PHs for each others. I'm pretty certain any of their spots can spawn this guy. Sadly, there's no even semi safe spot to setup a camp - best to have the illusion active the entire time you're in here.
this guy spawns in any of the egg rooms. keep clearing the 4 mobs tending the eggs as they are his placeholders.
max hit on me was around 4600. he's immune to snare and fleed at 1% and agrod a ton of friends..not cool. on my second attempt he stayed put. he is slowable. dropped legs/arms gem and a caster poker.
