According to the above Loot Table, Mitius is supposed to sell 2 different Emblems of Earth. 1) The Aug you need to be Ally with him in order to purchase it, and 2) The one you can buy for the Smithing Supplies Task give for the Aug: The Artisan's Prize.

Each one of the faction-centric NPCs in SoD offer a "special". The special varies from time to time but doesn't seem to be random. When you get the special task, it doesn't assign you the original task. It simply gives you a secondary task that will give you an added bonus when you complete the original.
Currently the bonus is Bonus: Stardouser.
When completing Stardouser if you have the bonus task, you'll get an additional 25 Chronobines, faction and experience.

Whats mobs do you ahve to be killying to get the faction needed to get to buy items from this guy Anyone can post it please....

It appears the following seems to be pretty consistent for SoD faction merchants:
Apprehensive: Level One Combine items for quests
Indifferent: Level Two (Final) Combine items for quests
Warmly: Spells/Tomes
Ally: Emblems, Shards

This guy is kind of a rip-off if you ask me. All Heralds have extra spells for all classes on reaching warmly faction, and items on reaching ally faction. Now I wonder if I am blind, or if Mitius indeed doesn't have a spell or tome for Paladin? Disappointing after all that faction work... :(
