Confirmed. on a hill just southwest of firiona vie camp on hill. location:-65,2165,195
She roams the area around FVs main base camp. The locs I have found her at are:
335, 2045, 165
-65, 2165, 195
Both of those are near the other locs given. I would say the 3rd unique loc given so far in this thread is accurate at some point also. Seems like she will walk around for a bit and then stop in one place for some amount of time then move onto the next loc. No idea on the timing of the moves though.

Quest she gives is called Purging the Corruption.

yup- this location is what i found to be more accurate;
i was standing on TOP of her location and i've got Warden Avelyn for coordinates:

Found her at 333.93,2045.32,163.67 (all positive numbers) Follow wall north from highpass and she is on the side of the mountain just as you go around the second bend
