Xirisst's respawn time is about 10 to 15 minutes.

As an 85 necro I was able to solo her. Invis up and head into her cave. There is a rock on the left hand side that you can kind of get behind. From that point you can see her. Have either harmshield or quivering veil or the AA harmshield loaded and ready to go. Target her. Click harmshield. Send your pet to attack her. Run up to her and then run like hell out of the cave. Doesn't hurt to have FoE or some kind of levi run fast spell on you. The whole crew (ikaavs and kyvs) will come out after you. Make a hard right out of the cave and run along the rock wall. When you get fairly far away and harmshield has worn off, turn and FD. Make sure you can see back to the cave entrance. She will be out there. As the mobs start wandering back in stand up and cast Darkness on her and FD again. It may take a try or two to get her alone and snared. Once snared and "your enemies have forgotten about you" stand up and snare her again and dot the crap out of her. You can root her but it wears off in a couple of ticks. Kite her across the cliff face there. If you have suspend minion you can pull out the pet you had in reserve since your first one is dead. Takes about 1 min to dot her to death. Loot the Chalice and take it back to Dranik City to complete the quest. She does not summon.........yet.

This is a quest mob. The person who gives the quest is in oldcityofdranik. I forgot the name but you gotta kill this dude and return the piece of loot to him. Ill look at my bard and get rest of info today.
